Ken has 40 years' experience in the industry, beginning in Sales and Marketing roles, before advancing through to Sales Management and Regional Director responsibilities. A former Executive of the Medical Technology Association of NZ, Ken is the Founder, Executive Chairman and major shareholder of USL, taking a strong leadership and strategic role.
A Board member since 1996, Brian is a Chartered Accountant, with a highly-respected profile in the New Zealand business community. Specialising in developing and maximising client company financial potential, Brian is a USL shareholder and his position on the USL Board is one of Non-Executive Director responsible for financial and special projects.
A qualified accountant, Rex has years of experience in management roles in sales and manufacturing organisations. Rex came to USL from a role as New Zealand Chief Executive for an international manufacturer. Rex is a USL shareholder and Non-Executive Director.
Karen joined USL in 1985 and from a nursing background. She had various sales and marketing roles before becoming Managing Director. Karen is a former Executive of the Medical Industry Association of NZ Inc and is a USL Director.
Aaron has been with USL Medical since 1994 in a variety of positions from Customer Services Representative, Territory Manager, National Sales Manager, Business Manager Medical Markets and now General Manager Sales & Marketing. He oversees the Sales & Marketing division and is responsible for a large team of Business Managers, Sales Managers, Product Managers, Product Specialists and Account Managers. Aaron has a wealth of experience in many healthcare sectors and brings a strategic mind and customer-driven work ethic to the team.
